We love to make our own (cultured) butter to go with our crusty loaves and baguettes. We have a small amount of these paddles in stock, for people who are inspired to make their own too.
These beech wood butter paddles are used to shape your homemade butter and make lovely butter curls.Before use they are soaked in water, so the butter will not stick. Rinse with warm water after use and leave to dry.
