We use these brushes mainly to apply egg wash to our croissants, brioches, apple pies and scones. We prefer these brushes over silicon ones because they hold on to the wash much better and give a more even result.  This large version is very handy when washing breads and stollen for example. Width 5 cm / 2 inches.
